Situated on a major avenue, this project was developed on a 546-square-meter lot and features a high-rise residential building with retail spaces on the ground floor.

The design comprises three double-height lofts with patios, twelve apartments, and three penthouses with double-height living rooms. Since the ground floor includes retail spaces at street level, the design incorporates an underground parking garage.

The facade features a modern design with modular windows arranged in a contrasting pattern. The exterior material is raw concrete to minimize maintenance.
