At the intersection of López Mateos Avenue and De las Rosas Avenue, we have designed a boutique hotel with 100 rooms, parking, and a retail area.

The building features exposed concrete with “Mediterranean-style” windows that filter the light and provide greater privacy.

This design fully utilizes the site and creates a private and secure environment in the entrance areas.
