A speculative project comprising twenty-three single-family homes in an apartment building at the intersection of Manaos and Alberta streets in the Providencia neighborhood.

Each floor features three apartments, with the exception of the ground floor, which has two units, each with its own patio.

The fresh and functional design was tailored to meet market demands within a limited budget.

The main facade faces north, while the west facade features smaller windows to mitigate intense sunlight.
