A small-scale project set within a vibrant urban landscape. The design consists of a retail space on the ground floor and three studios on the upper floors. The first two levels feature one apartment per floor, while the top floor features a double-height space.

The project employs contemporary design language and materials to minimize maintenance and urban impact.
