
“El Camichin II” Industrial Park

An industrial park located on Cinco de Mayo Avenue in the town of San Juan de Ocotán, on the outskirts of the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
The project is designed for a market with modular requirements and room for expansion.
Each warehouse measures 600 square meters and has a minimum ceiling height of seven meters. This project does not include a raised platform over the loading area or dock levelers. However, it does feature a security checkpoint and office space in each warehouse.
