Sierra del Mar House
Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, 2003-2004
Located on the southern coast of Banderas Bay, a short distance from Puerto Vallarta, is Sierra del Mar, a beautiful and exclusive residential development.
Based on strict architectural regulations, this development has been recognized for its urban planning and traditional Mexican architecture, becoming a model of respect for nature within a tropical ecosystem.
The development consists of large lots with steep contour lines.
The property spans approximately 2,000 m² and is situated on a cul-de-sac. A key requirement of the project was that the garages, living-dining room, terraces, kitchen, and main entrance remain on the same level.
While adhering to strict building codes, the design achieves a welcoming layout with spaces filled with light, tranquility, and unbeatable views of the bay.
