House in Club Campestre
Club Campestre de León.
León, Guanajuato, 2001
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac or alley, which allowed for an emphasis on privacy without sacrificing elegance.
The layout is V-shaped, comprised of two wings and a large central courtyard. One wing houses the vertical circulation spaces and the library-study.
The other wing contains the living areas and private spaces.
On the garden level, with a view of the golf course, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and terrace were placed.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The garage and service area are located in the basement.
A contemporary design language using exposed concrete was chosen.
