Building at 317 Abedules Avenue
Zapopan, Jalisco, 2003-2004
Interior Renovation 2021
A small office building that explores ideas and materials to achieve an interesting architectural composition.
The program is divided into three parts: parking and two floors of office space.
The result is a subtle and elegant composition in raw concrete, which conveys an institutional character and minimizes maintenance; spatially, the stairwell unifies the program.
This project won the silver medal at the 4th Jalisco State Architecture Biennial.
