The company wanted a straightforward project that would meet its immediate needs: an anchor store, a warehouse, and offices.

The proposal consists of a simple structure that houses the store and offices, while the warehouse spaces were located at the rear.

A metal lattice was also proposed to serve as a corporate identity and address the issue of solar incidence.
