A seven-story residential project in the Country Club neighborhood, with each floor featuring a separate apartment.
The north-south orientation minimizes vehicle traffic but offers an unbeatable view of the very tree-dense inner block park.
The design features a large central courtyard, which not only separates the public and private areas but also provides excellent natural lighting and ventilation.
Two parallel vehicle elevators solve the parking problem, maximizing space and facilitating access.
