Providencia III
Guadalajara, Jalisco, 2013
On a 617-square-meter lot, a seven-story residential building was constructed, featuring two apartments per floor and a shared rooftop garden.
Due to space constraints, two standard apartment layouts were designed. Each features a living-dining room, kitchen, service area, and TV room; depending on needs, residents can choose between a two- or three-bedroom apartment, each with a full bathroom, while ensuring that every apartment has its own outdoor balcony area.
The building features an entrance at a half-level above street level and a parking area at a half-level below.
A proposal for exposed concrete was suggested to minimize maintenance, and the building’s entrance was accentuated by painting the metal gate and front door a bright yellow.
