A development of 45 single-family homes was built on less than one hectare of land.

The homes were designed as townhouses, with a lot size of 120 square meters and a construction area of 165 square meters.

Each home features a kitchen, living-dining room, half-bath, laundry room, service quarters, and three bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
