Conceptual design for university student housing in the city of Guadalajara.

The layout is based on an “S”-shaped building. The green spaces (gardens) are divided into two large semicircles, each bounded by the facades of the housing units.

The floor plans are organized into one-, two-, or three-bedroom units.
